Warranty policy

Warranty terms
- Warranty period: ADVANTA tools have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This means that during this time we will replace a tool that fails due to a manufacturing defect free of charge.
- Tool Replacement: If your tool stops working or a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, we will replace it with a new one free of charge. To do this, you need to contact our customer service department.
- if you find a defect, you need to write to the messenger at the number +380 (95) 276-51-82, necessarily photos and videos
- according to the results of the decision of the quality department, we send the tool by new mail at our expense
- after a day you receive a new replaced tool
- Replacement conditions: The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, mechanical damage or wear and tear due to prolonged use. The tool is only replaced if manufacturing defects are found.
- Replacement procedure: To replace the tool you need to:

- Wait for confirmation from our specialist and instructions on further actions.
