DELIVERY

We provide delivery across Ukraine through the reliable courier service "Nova Poshta" – delivery to your nearest branch or courier delivery to your door.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed.
• For remote regions, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Cost:

• The cost of delivery is determined based on the transport companyʼs tariffs.
• Free delivery is available for orders over 2000 UAH (with prepayment).

PAYMENT

For our customersʼ convenience, we offer several payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – a service fee is charged according to the transport companyʼs tariffs.
• Bank Transfer – after confirming the order, we will provide you with the payment details.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• After placing your order, our manager will contact you to confirm and clarify details.
• When receiving the goods, please check them for completeness and the integrity of the packaging.
